Bootsy The Floppy Eared Corgi
Bootsy is a Corgi puppy who is adopted and moves to New York City. There are so many new sights, smells, and sounds to discover. Along the way he makes new friends, but there’s something bothering him—his big floppy ears haven’t gone up like other Corgis! Wanting to look like them, Bootsy tries all sorts of crazy things to make his ears stand up, but maybe he needs to learn that he’s perfect just the way he is.

Fun read! It was a great book to discuss theme with my students.
Very well made and super adorable book - for young and old!
This book is, in my opinion, is a must-have for every family with young children. The book teaches a gentle lesson that we all have insecurities about ourselves, but our friends love us for who we are, not for how we look! The book perfectly illustrates that fact that we are ALL gloriously different and the best way to « fit in » is to just be yourself!
Disclaimer: I was in no way coerced by my Corgi, Cricket, to give this book a glowing review. I truly love it! Did I buy it because Bootsy is stinking adorable? Yep.
This is such a heartwarming book. Beautifully illustrated, it is perfect for corgi lovers of all ages!
I have a floppy eared corgi named Billie. She does pet therapy with young children and I can’t wait for them to read this book with her! Self acceptance and love are important lessons to teach! Thanks for writing this book.
